So... this time of year we normally run a Spring Sale or a Warehouse Sale.
Obviously there is little normal in the world right now. Selling Michigan t-shirts is my only source of income and most of that comes from wholesaling them to gift stores around the State. With all of those stores closed right now, the only way I can make money with The Michigan Outfitter is this website. I could use the money, but it doesn't seem right to run a normal sale and it doesn't seem right not to try to help with this crisis. I love this State and the people in it.
Maybe together we can help out. From now, until I don't know when, I'm going to donate 25% of every sale to help those affected by COVID-19. I felt it was important to keep that donation in Michigan and directly to those in Detroit who are getting hit the hardest. We have partnered with United Way for Southeastern Michigan
and we are contributing directly to their COVID-19 Community Response Fund
. It is designed to rapidly deploy resources to organizations offering emergency relief.
On behalf of me and my family, THANK YOU for your support of our small business and more importantly those that need emergency relief.
